Responsibilities:
- Be an effective bridge between company and clients
- Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone
- Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines
- Keep the customer’s interest alongside company’s requirements in mind at all times
- Interact with clients through both written and verbal communication
- Keep vigilance regarding company's compliance with Cyprus and Global regulations
- Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience
- Must be already living in Cyprus -This is not a relocation position
- This is a shift-based position -Ability to work shifts and weekends - 5 working days per week
- Spanish at a high level (read, speech and written)
- English at a high level (read, speech and written)
- Basic understanding of the financial markets
- Experience working in customer service
