Why don’t I receive the SMS code to log in? (2FA)

If you have 2FA activated in your TBanque account and you do not receive the SMS code, we advise you to:

 
  • Make sure your phone is connected to a network

Check that you have a stable connection and you can receive other SMSs and phone calls.

 
  • Request the SMS again

You may request the code to be resent a total of 5 times.

 
  • Request to receive the code via a voice call

Click the phone call link to receive the code via an automated voice call.
