Setting up Direct Debits with TBanque Money
To take advantage of a Direct Debit option offered by a specific company, they will usually have an online form where you’ll need to provide your sort code and account number.
- Find your account details > Go to your TBanque money app, select the Cash tab, and go to the Account section. Your sort code and account number details are displayed here. There’s even a handy Copy Details button, to make your life even easier.
- Share your account details with the company you want to pay.
Managing & Cancelling your Direct Debits
You have full control to manage and cancel payments, quickly and simply, in the app.
- Go to your TBanque money app, select the Cash tab, go to the Payments section and click Manage. All your Direct Debit payments will be clearly displayed.
- Tap any transaction to see more details about it, or to cancel it.
Helpful reminders
We're here to help. If you have a pending Direct Debit payment, we’ll send you a notification the day before to remind you. We'll also let you know if you've got enough balance to cover it, or if you need to top up your account.
