What do I do if I lose my TBanque Money card?

There are three ways to report your card as lost:


1. TBanque Money app: Tap the 'Cash' tab within the TBanque Money app, then tap 'Card'. Then tap 'Report lost or stolen'. By doing so you will have the option to have a new card issued immediately.


2. Live chat: Contact our Customer Service team via live chat (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 working hours). Within the TBanque Money app, tap your avatar at the top left of the screen. Select Customer Service, choose Cash Account, and then select Live Chat.


3. Phone call: If it is outside our Customer Service hours, call one of these numbers.
