An automatic recurring deposit is when you schedule an amount of money to be automatically deposited from your credit/debit card into your TBanque account on a time specific basis. You decide the amount of money, the type of currency and schedule for the deposit using a credit card that has already been connected to your TBanque account.

How Can I Start Recurring Deposits?

1. After making a successful credit card deposit with the card connected to your TBanque account, a banner on the deposit confirmation screen will offer you the option to make a recurring deposit.
2. Go to Settings and click on Recurring Deposits Then, click on the banner titled: Recurring Deposits.

How Do I Set My Recurring Deposits?

1.Select the amount and currency

2.Select one of your Credit/Debit Cards that is connected to your TBanque account

3.Select the frequency of your deposit [weekly, every two weeks, monthly]

Weekly: an automatic deposit is made once a week

Every two weeks: an automatic deposit occurs every two weeks.

Monthly: an automatic deposit occurs once a month.

4.After selecting the frequency, you have the option to customise the date and/or day of the deposit, or accept the default option which is a monthly deposit occurring on the 1st of each month.

There are two ways to deposit using online banking. You can use your existing bank account, or you can save money by using an TBanque Money account. See below for details.

Click on Online banking from the drop-down menu on the deposit page and enter the amount you wish to deposit, and click Continue. You will be redirected to a new page with a list of banks available in your country. Once you select your bank, follow these steps:

1. Log into your e-bank account
2. Enter the verification code provided by your bank
3. Click Submit

Your trading account should be credited within minutes. If for any reason your transaction has been declined, you will be notified of this.

If you use a method other than TBanque Money, the transaction will be facilitated by a third party provider, who may charge a fee.

For cheaper and quicker deposits, you can set up an TBanque Money account. This gives you a personal account number and your own sort code. Depositing funds is quick and easy, and there are no USD conversion fees. You can save up to ?5 for every ?1,000 you deposit and withdrawal of your funds is instant.

Depending on your region and country regulations, the minimum first-time deposit varies from $10 to $10,000.

TBanque does not allow third-party payments. A third-party payment is a deposit made using a payment method that is not in the same name as the owner of the TBanque account. As stated in our terms and conditions, the owner of the trading account should be the owner of the funds. Therefore, there is no option to make a deposit using someone elses payment method.

To deposit using a credit/debit card, please click the Credit Card option from the drop-down menu, and enter the following details:

• Card number
• Expiration date
• CVV (3 digits on the reverse side of your credit/debit card)

Within minutes, your account should be credited with the funds. If your request is not approved for any reason,  you will be notified via email.

The transaction will show as TBanque (Europe) Ltd. on the financial statement of your payment provider.

Click on your preferred method of payment from the drop-down menu, enter the amount you wish to deposit, click on Continue and then follow these steps:

1. You will be redirected to a new page to log into your crypto wallet account
2. Enter the required login details
3. Review the transaction
4. Once youve verified the details, click Pay

Within minutes your trading account should be credited. If for any reason your request is not approved, you will be notified by email. *Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for us to process this type of deposit.

The transaction will show as TBanque (Europe) Ltd. on the financial statement of your payment provider.

To deposit using a wire transfer, please click on the Wire Transfer option in the drop-down menu:

1. Choose the currency and the amount and click on Continue. Different details will be given for different currencies, so make sure to choose the correct currency
2. Print out the wire transfer details appearing on the screen
3. Go to your bank (or log in to your banks web service*) and forward your Wire Transfer
4. Fill in your username and the transaction reference number in the Payment Details field
5. Your bank will issue a SWIFT document of your transfer
6. After transferring the funds, please upload a scanned copy of the SWIFT* document to https://www.etoro.com/customer-service/

* In the case of online transfers, please make a screenshot of the online confirmation.

Note: Wire transfer deposits can take 4-7 business days. Your TBanque trading account will be credited once the transfer has been confirmed by our bank. The exchange rate (if applicable) will be calculated on the day the deposit was processed into your account.

The transaction will show as TBanque (Europe) Ltd. on the financial statement of your payment provider.

Giropay Sofortuberweisung enables simple, real-time payments directly from your online bank. In order to use this service, you will need your customer number, BSB or BLZ (Branch Code), PIN (Personal Identification Number) and TAN (Transaction Authorization Number). To deposit using Sofortuberweisung, select the Klarna option in the Cashier and enter the amount you wish to deposit. You will then be redirected to a secure payments page where you will be required to enter your account name and number, your online password and a TAN to confirm the payment. Once you confirm your transaction, you will be redirected back to the Cashier, where you will receive notification of the transaction outcome.
Up to 1 business day, your trading account should be credited with the funds. If for any reason your request is not approved you will be notified via email.
The transaction will show as TBanque (Europe) Ltd. on the financial statement of your payment provider.

Rapid Transfer

1. Rapid Transfer is an instant online payment method that currently supports 170+ banks. You can complete your deposits within a few minutes using your online banking login credentials
2. Available countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, The Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden,  and the UK

iDEAL

1. iDEAL enables you to make online payments in a reliable, secure and easy way. Payments are made using the online banking environment of your own bank.

3. Choose your bank

All TBanque trading accounts are in USD. When you deposit with a different currency, the deposited amount will be converted at the current market rate. Please note that this is subject to a conversion fee, unless you deposit via TBanque Money in which case there is no conversion fee.

There are no USD conversion fees when depositing funds from your TBanque Money account, saving you up to ?5 for every ?1,000 you deposit. TBanque Money also offers highly competitive FX rates on international card usage.

Please be advised that using any corporate method of payment to deposit into a personal TBanque trading account is against our terms and conditions. We can, however, offer you the option to open a corporate trading account.
Depending on whether your business is a sole proprietorship, partnership or corporation, certain documentation will be requested to set up the Business trading account.
If your PayPal account is not linked to a real business, and you wish to continue to use this for depositing, please downgrade your account to a premium or personal account through PayPal.

Yes. All deposits other than the First Time Deposit (which varies from country to country) are required to be at least $50. For deposits made by wire transfer, the minimum required is $500.

• POLi is an online payment service available in Australia and New Zealand. Use POLi to deposit funds securely into your TBanque balance directly from your Internet banking portal. No registration is needed and none of your bank account information is stored.

How to deposit:

Transferring funds from your bank account to your TBanque Money account is quick and simple.

You need to add TBanque Money as a new payee to your bank account, if you have not yet done this.

1. In the Cash screen, which is the opening screen in the TBanque Money app, click the Account tab. Your TBanque Money Account number and sort code are displayed.
2. Click Copy Details and then share them with your existing bank account.

You can now transfer your funds to your TBanque Money account.

Depositing to the investment platform from your TBanque Money app is quick and simple.

1. In your TBanque investment account, click Deposit Funds.
   Your TBanque Money account should now display as the default option, so make sure that it is selected.
2. Enter the amount you wish to deposit, and click Deposit.

• Przelewy 24 is an online payment service in Poland that allows you to make a secure deposit from your Internet banking portal directly to TBanque. You dont have to register and no information is stored that can be used to access your bank account.
