What is Biometric authentication (Face/Touch ID)?

Face/Touch ID is an optional and secure access method for the TBanque mobile app that uses facial or fingerprint recognition to allow you to unlock the TBanque app. It replaces the username, password and / or 2FA code when logging in.

 

Biometric authentication is an enhanced layer of security for users of TBanque’s apps. When you open the TBanque app with Face/Touch ID activated, you will be authenticated before logging in to the app and no other person can access it even if your device is left unlocked.

 

Face/Touch ID is device specific and you will need to activate Face/Touch ID on each device to have this feature.
