What do I need to start on TBanque?
To apply for an TBanque investment account, youll need:
- To be 18 years or older (well ask for proof)
- To live in one of the countries where we offer our services (well ask for proof; check our blocked countries here)
- A computer and/or smartphone connected to the internet
- A valid phone number connected to your smartphone
- A valid email address

3) Add your personal information and your investment experience
To create a new TBanque investment account:
- Go to the TBanque Create an account page here.
- Choose a username, enter your email address, and set a password. Alternatively, you can sign up with your Facebook or Google accounts.
- Check eToros Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy, and tick the boxes to accept them.
- Click the Create Account button.
- Check your email inbox and verify your email address.

If you skipped the email verification step immediately after creating your account, youll need to verify your email address to help keep your account secure.
- Go to Settings here, or enter your TBanque account and click on Settings, then Account.
- Under Credentials, click on the Verify button next to your email address.
- Check your email inbox. You will see an email from [email protected].
- Click the Verify now button.
- You will be redirected to the TBanque platform and see a confirmation message.

3) Add your personal information and your investment experience
If you skipped this step after creating your account, youll need to add your personal information to customize your account to your level of investment skills.
- Click on the Complete Profile button.
- Read the message that pops up and click Continue.
- Fill out your basic personal information; this needs to match your Proof of Identity.
- Click on the arrow to continue.
- Enter your address, which needs to match your Proof of Address.
- Enter your place of birth and country of citizenship. You may be asked to complete the ID number.
- Select your answers to complete the investment knowledge assessments.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
All the information is confidential and will not be visible to any other TBanque investors. You can modify your answers at any time.

Phone verification is part of the mandatory account verification process at TBanque. To verify your phone number on your TBanque investment account, choose one of these options:
From Home
- Click on Verify on the main banner on the Home Screen
- Enter a valid mobile phone number and click Send SMS.
- Type the SMS code you received on your phone.
- Click 'Verify and check the green banner at the bottom to confirm your phone is verified.
From Settings
- Go to Account Settings here (or enter your TBanque account and click Settings ??, in the left-hand menu, then click Account).
- Under Credentials, click on the Add button next to your phone number.
- Enter a valid mobile phone number and click Continue.
- Type the SMS code you received on your phone.
- Click 'Verify and check the green banner at the bottom to confirm your phone is verified.

To verify your account, we require proof of identity. This is a copy of your valid passport or both sides of your government-issued identification card.
This copy must contain:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Photograph
- Valid Expiry Date
You must not cover any of the above details, which must be clearly readable. All images should be high resolution.

To verify your account, we require proof of address.
This should be a different document from your proof of identity. The proof of address must be issued in the name of the TBanque account holder and dated within the last 3 months (with the exception of valid government-issued identification documents, such as a driving licence), and must contain the following information:
- Your name
- Your current residential address
- The date of issue
- The issuing authority
- A reference to the issuing authority (logo, contact information, website etc.)
We accept documents that are issued by a bank, a utility company, a government agency, or a judicial authority. If your bill or document is available online, you may send it to us either as a PDF file, or as a screenshot.
Proof of address can be one of the following:
- Electricity, water, gas, telephone or Internet bill
- Driving licence / residence permit / national ID / state ID
- Bank statement / credit card statement
- Council tax or municipality bill/government tax letter
- Social insurance statement
- House Rental Official Agreement Issued by Government
What will not be accepted?
- Pension or insurance documents
- Receipts
- Invoices for purchasing goods
- Handwritten bills

To deposit funds in your TBanque account, you may choose any of the available methods of payment in your country and follow these instructions:
- Log in to the trading platform.
- Click on 'Deposit Funds'.
- Enter the amount and your preferred currency.
- Select the method of payment from the dropdown menu.
