Why do I need to add a new payment method to withdraw funds?

When requesting a withdrawal from your TBanque investment account, you may be asked to add details of a new payment method, such as a bank account or an e-wallet.

 

This is a secondary withdrawal option in case we are unable to send the funds to the original payment method you used to deposit.

 

Adding a new payment method does not guarantee that we will use it for your withdrawal.

 

The new payment method must be in your name and be registered in your country of residence. We may ask you for proof of ownership before processing your withdrawal request.
