What happens if a payment via Recurring Deposits fails?

If a payment does not go through, we will cancel your Recurring Deposits plan and inform you both by email and via a notification within the platform.  

 

Recurring Deposits may fail if there is an issue related to your debit card. For example, the card may have expired, or it may be declined due to insufficient funds or an issue with your TBanque investment account.

 

Once you have solved the debit card issue, you can set up a new Recurring Deposits plan.
