How should I fund my account if I want to transfer cryptocurrencies to the TBanque Money crypto wallet?

You can transfer coins from your eligible account to the TBanque Money crypto wallet immediately if you fund your TBanque account via wire transfer.

 

If you are a new TBanque user and deposit via debit card or online banking, there may be restrictions on the timing and amount of your crypto transfers. There is a waiting period during which your remaining equity (your equity excluding the value of the crypto you want to transfer) cannot be lower than the amount you deposited via this payment method. Once the waiting period is over, you may transfer crypto positions of any amount.

 

The waiting period starts on the day you first deposited funds to your TBanque account (regardless of the payment method used):

• After 15 days, you made a further deposit of $600 via debit card.

• You have an open Ethereum position with a current value of $1,000. Since your remaining equity ($500) is lower than the amount you deposited via debit card, and only 35 days have passed since your first deposit on TBanque, you cannot transfer the position yet.
• You will be able to transfer it only after 60 days have passed since your first deposit on TBanque, since this is the waiting period for new users who have used a debit card.
