Why can't I verify my phone number?
To verify your phone number, please check that the mobile phone number you set in the online form is valid.
If you are not able to complete this step, please make sure:
- The phone number has no special characters, no spaces, and no country code.
- The phone number is not already used in another open TBanque investment account.
In this case, you need to enter a different phone number.
- The phone number can receive SMSs.
On the verification code screen, you can ask for the code again.
- If you don’t receive a text message, tap ‘Resend SMS’.
- If you have a phone signal and aren't getting the SMS, request a call by tapping ‘Call me’.
