It’s been 7 days. Where are my withdrawn funds?

Normally, funds should arrive in your bank account in a few business days, but may take up to 7, depending on your bank and payment method. If you’re still not seeing the funds in that time, here are a few steps to take:

  1. Check the status of your funds on your withdrawal dashboard. If the status is complete, it means the funds have been sent to your bank. In that case, contact your bank for more information.
  2. We may have sent you a message about your withdrawal. Check your email’s spam folder. 
  3. Occasionally for security purposes, we send withdrawn funds to another payment method linked to your account. Please check all your relevant accounts.
  4. If you attempted to use a wire transfer to withdraw your funds, make sure the information you entered was correct. If you need to change your information, please contact our Customer Service team.
