Are my funds insured?

If you are a US resident, your cash holdings deposited with TBanque USA LLC are FDIC insured for up to $250,000 and held in an FDIC-insured custodial account at Silvergate Bank or Signature Bank. FDIC insurance covers the failure of an FDIC-insured bank and does not protect against the failure of TBanque. Learn more about FDIC insurance coverage here. 

Any US stocks held in your TBanque Securities USA Inc. account are covered by SIPC (Securities Investor Protection Corporation) insurance. Our clearing firm, Apex Clearing Corporation, has purchased an additional insurance policy to supplement SIPC protection. This additional insurance provides protection for securities and cash held in a brokerage account up to $150 million, subject to sub-limits for any one customer of  $37.5 million for securities and $900,000 for cash.
