Why can’t I make a stock trade? Why was my trade rejected?

There are a number of reasons why you might not be able to execute a given order. To invest in stocks with TBanque, you need to have completed and validated your profile. You need to be sure you have funds available to invest. The market might be closed. You might also be stopped from buying or selling a particular asset because of pattern day trading rules. 

If none of these reasons sounds relevant and you received an error when opening a position, try refreshing and placing your order again. If you still can’t complete it, contact customer service.
