What will you be doing?

  1. Provide first level support to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone.
  2. Receive requests for assistance and support and respond with the utmost professionalism possible according to the company’s guidelines.
  3. Represent the company and product at the highest possible level and provide a “WOW” professional and service experience 
  4. Receive personalised development and coaching
  5. Take part in weekly and monthly recognition and reward programs
  6. Make an impact and contribute to our business success and the success of our clients
  7. Work with the best in the biz from around the world
  8. Go the extra mile to resolve all challenges


You must

  1. Speak English fluently. Additional languages are a big plus!!
  2. Ideally have experience in dealing with customers
  3. Be motivated to learn
  4. Have Resilience & Be Adaptable
  5. Love problem solving and helping people
  6. Have full working rights for Australia
